Description: This is actually the second montage I've ever made. Made for a school project, I decided to set images of the Vietnam War to Billy Joel's "Goodnight Saigon". It's a powerful piece of music, and I hope I've attained at least a little emotional impact with this. Appreciate the sacrifices of the vets, whether they be American or VC. Sometime I'll post up my -first- montage, but I suppose I should put my best foot forward to begin with. |

I agree the the war was not exactly the best idea and the people of Vietnam suffered a lot because of it. At the same time American blood was spilled to keep the south free. Millions of people were slaughtered and the south became enslaved, my wife and her family included. And after losing 4 of her siblings to the brutality of the Communists, she escaped and became free in 1995. Anyone putting down our goal in being there, can go straight to hell.
