Description: Song: Spin Me Round Artist: Dead or Alive Anime: Princess Tutu Credit: Hungarian Tutu Footage, by me This video was.....an 80's experiment. It actually worked, aside from a few rough spots. The video is pretty self-explanatory: everyone spins. But on a deeper level, Mute and Fakir are taking turns with Tutu and reflect how she spins them round and round. Like a record, baby. There is footage used from other videos (though I tried to make it as original-looking as possible), and I will post the names of the videos and creators at a later date. The same will be done with all the bios of my Princess Tutu Videos. Thank you. |

Boomerang5 ::: Favorites 2007-08-23 23:44:13 my friend linked me this amv and i loved it although i've never watched princess tutu. Good Job!! __________________________________________________
chibichan18 ::: Favorites 2007-08-17 12:44:50 Ye gods, Fakir is hot...sorry, I just...heh...that was good^^ __________________________________________________
RaeKitsuneProduction ::: Favorites 2007-08-14 03:15:11 Okay, that was a bit of a shock. At least you're not quitting. I think you have potential to be great in your future. I loved the show Gargoyles when I was younger~ Problem is I don't know anything about it anymore except the appearance of one of the gargoyles. There are plenty of programs that can help you with DVD ripping/converting. ^^ __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-08-13 16:28:43 No, I think you do bring up a valid point. In fact, I'm probably going to delete all the videos that I borrowed from when I get back home so this issue doesn't come up again. I'll only be limited to making Gargoyles, Guild Wars, Vampire D, and Samurai Jack AMVs as a result...but maybe I'll get a hold of Tutu dvds and a good dvd converter program someday! Thanks for the lively debate :) __________________________________________________
RaeKitsuneProduction ::: Favorites 2007-08-13 13:44:00 I don't think your work is not hard work per se, its just I think the ORIGINAL creator worked harder. Its okay now. Someone close to me kinda yelled at me about this so I shall stand down. __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-08-12 23:10:29 However, if anyone else expresses a concern about this topic, (which no one has so far) then I will strip my account of all videos made in this fashion. I'm a little offended that you think that my work is not hard work, but I don't want anyone angry with me. I do apologize that you are not entertained. __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-08-12 23:05:34 And I don't mean any ill intent towards people whose footage I use. The whole process takes days, to find the footage that I want, to try and make it into something different, and then to arrange it to the music. Trust me, this way takes just as long as any other. __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-08-12 23:01:44 I have tried looking for the dvds and can't find them. My friend has the first one, but she got that from a convention. I don't have the money to buy them through an online source at the moment, but I do know that that is an option. __________________________________________________
wizardsfirstrule900 ::: Favorites 2007-08-12 19:28:29 hehe, very 80's:) __________________________________________________
RaeKitsuneProduction ::: Favorites 2007-07-29 21:43:58 still...if you wanted to make an AMV, try buying the DVDs, Or downloading the fansubs instead of using clips from other vids. It doesn't matter if you didn't use the clip sequence, IT does however matter that people who DO make these AMVs can tell which clips are theirs due to the FX, such as Hold Me Now....That or the fact that AMV makers spend their time making these AMVs, which is alot of hard work might I add, just to have them recycled into OTHER AMVs, from OTHER people. __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-07-29 21:25:06 I admit that I did get sloppy with this video and recycled sequence footage from my older works (sequences that are mine) because I wanted the video done in time to show off at an informal 80's AMV contest...but that is no excuse. Sorry that this was disappointing to you. __________________________________________________
ladyfrady ::: Favorites 2007-07-29 21:24:48 I don't credit everyone because I try my best not to steal sequences; I just borrow the footage and make my own sequences. If I do happen to use someone's sequence (which I discourage) I mention the name of the video in the bio of this peice. __________________________________________________
RaeKitsuneProduction ::: Favorites 2007-07-29 14:04:50 I hate this version of the song, I love the hands/feet in the beginning, as for your clips...credit all the AMVs from AMVdotorg __________________________________________________
RadioSpazz ::: Favorites 2007-06-24 16:14:14 Ha, lets all do the wave! -loves the hands in the beginning- __________________________________________________
MissWhoo ::: Favorites 2007-05-28 15:53:46 love the video and the credits!! still hate the song...always have...but the video is great as usual. loves to ya! __________________________________________________ |
