Guys, seriously, you never know exactly how difficult this shit is until you TRY IT. The best I'd ever gotten was 2:40, and even then I lost my silent assassin because my timing was SLIGHTLY off in killing the last guy on the top (the waitor saw his body because I couldn't get there fast enough).
