Terror mastermind Osama bin Laden is reportedly planning a new video about the anniversary of the September 11 attacks that addresses the American people. News of the video was announced on the Internet. A company that monitors Islamic web sites says the video is expected to appear in the next 72 hours. Bin laden last made an announcement in 2004, shortly before the U.S. presidential elections. Thousands are missing after Hurricane Felix slammed Nicaragua and other parts of Central America earlier this week. The storm has already claimed the lives of more than 60 people. Rescuers are now searching for survivors in water and isolated land regions. Those who managed through the category 5 storm are reportedly struggling, and they're cracking coconuts to drink the milk because they have nothing else. Nearly 80 percent of Nicaraguans live below the poverty level. Advisors to Idaho Senator Larry Craig say the man had already decided not to seek re-election before it was revealed that he pleaded guilty to charges from a Minnesota sex sting last month. The senator reportedly originally planned to announce his decision publicly in September. This disclosure comes as Craig's aides are trying to calm Republicans who are angry about what looked like backtracking in his decision to resign at the end of the month. They say the senator is not fighting to hold onto power but rather clear his name and reputation. Ten Palestinians are dead following a military attack by Israeli troops in Gaza. Another 10 are wounded. This came a day after Israeli leaders ruled out a large-scale offensive to stop daily rocket bombardments from Gaza. The battle began yesterday morning and continued for several hours.
