Use flash cards or something, think about what you're going to say before you record, then prompt yourself with your flash cards, or just have a big poster situated behind the camera like a poor man's auto-cue. Your goodbyes could be a little shorter, 36 seconds from when you said you're signing off and your still blabbing on about some philosophical cliché that I don't think even you understand.
