DrMontague ::: Favorites I think the problem you have with music is that you think everything has to be carved in stone. Every piece of music is allowed poetic license. Bowing patterns and markings are merely a guide and not law. Esp. early music. If you were to read just any poem or story in iambic pentameter, it wouldn't work unless it was written for such a style. However, with music, your possibilities are literally endless.
