Description: "Funniest comedian in the universe" --- Paul Merton was called as such by The Comedian's Comedian, a 2005 Channel 4 poll of fellow comedians in Britain. In 2007 he presented an extremely popular travel documentary, Paul Merton in China, which is being broadcast on Channel Five (UK) from 21 May 2007. In this part, Paul shows to Western audience whose mind is still occupied with image associations with the "old China" how incredibly fast the country has changed itself within the last two decades --- in his uniquely funny way. |

yellowman88 ::: Favorites Best cities i've went too... Seoul is really nice. I though it was better than Tokyo. Seoul air quality is pretty bad, but Tokyo is not much better. Seoul has a lot of technology flowing around. Kind of like Tokyo, but its more visible. Beijing was kind of dirty. Hong Kong was the best city in China for me. MAjority people spoke English well. Easy travel. 07-10-25 22:28:45 __________________________________________________

redboywei ::: Favorites Paris is way better of course but compared to Sh even to most CHinese capital cities, it is still everythings soooooo old, which may b a good thing 4 tourists n retired) V been to some other European cities like Rome... pretty much the same thing. So like one CHinese friend in Poland said 'Tthats Europe" :) Just enjoy the life experience:) 07-10-21 14:03:02 __________________________________________________
redboywei ::: Favorites yeah i agree with the Chinese guy living in Australia(mhlpo). I worked in SH for just a few months but it left me lastin impressions. I am now studyin in Paris. I initially spent 8 months in Marseilles (allegedly the 2nd or 3rd largest city in France) but nearly bored to death. NO life like the mhlpo said. So we tried my best to move to Paris, together most of my Chinese classmates... 07-10-21 14:02:25 __________________________________________________
