Seoul has a lot of technology flowing around. Kind of like Tokyo, but its more visible. Beijing was kind of dirty. Hong Kong was the best city in China for me. MAjority people spoke English well. I initially spent 8 months in Marseilles (allegedly the 2nd or 3rd largest city in France) but nearly bored to death. NO life like the mhlpo said.
