1092601 ::: Favorites Instead of waiting an additional 15 minutes to prep the basket and the rescuer while Leroy and Bernice drowned the crew made a decision to save them, neither of the victims had the strength to put their legs over the skid let alone climb into the back seat. If the troopers had the intelligence that you so obviously display Bernice and Leroy would have drowned.
